Applied AI Process Senior Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the integration of AX Design into domain-driven process transformation, coaching senior practitioners and aligning AI-enabled delivery with governance standards. You will shape how data, analytics, and agentic AI intersect with methodology across client engagements, driving scalable, production-ready solutions. You collaborate with technology and delivery partners to ensure coherent, high-impact outcomes. You are a catalyst for AI-informed process redesign that improves operating models and executive-level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into future-state design and team workflow across engagements
• Define integration of data, analytics, and agentic AI with process transformation methodology and establish governance standards
• Apply LLMOps and AgentOps practices to production-ready, scalable AI-enabled process solutions
• Set information design and insight storytelling standards; govern deliverables, human-in-the-loop design, autonomy levels, and escalation triggers
• Manage and develop direct reports at the intersection of data, agentic AI, and process transformation; coach on multi-agent concepts and GenAI evaluation standards
• Define process redesign standard, assess domain forces, specify future-state processes, and govern its application
• Determine client facilitation approaches (discovery workshops, presentations, approvals) and transformation roadmap methodology
• Ensure AX Design is embedded in domain methodology, specifying how AI agent experiences are designed and validated across engagements
• Coordinate with technology and delivery partners to align process design with platform deliverables
• Approve final process designs before client delivery
• Lead stakeholder facilitation activities and maintain executive-level communications
• Contribute to business development and client workshops to broaden AI-enabled offerings
• Embed responsible AI governance within process transformation engagements

Key requirements

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting
• Deep industry expertise in at least one domain and ability to apply it to transformation methodology
• Experience managing and developing teams in a consulting environment
• Proven track record of building, evaluating, and scaling AI-enabled client solutions
• Facilitation of client workshops and senior leadership presentations
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills
