Construction Project Manager

Overview

As a Construction Project Manager at COS, you will lead and coordinate global store construction projects, ensuring they meet cost, time, quality, compliance, and sustainability standards. You’ll align builds with brand DNA and customer needs, working with store design and NCG teams to manage budgets and timelines. The role focuses on value engineering, KPI‑driven delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve standards and processes. This is an opportunity to shape COS’s store concepts and facilities at scale, in a proactive, international setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and business cases with cross‑functional partners, ensuring transparency and sign‑off
• Monitor and control construction budgets and timelines with local teams
• Drive value engineering and recommend improvements for future projects and facility guidelines
• Coach and supervise local construction teams to deliver projects within KPIs and COS standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders across COS, markets and global expansion to standardize processes and communication
• Translate department strategy into actionable operational activities
• Clarify investment handling and project processes for markets
• Identify market‑specific challenges and propose practical solutions
• Understand and manage change orders to minimize future occurrences
• Support development of store concepts, interiors, and innovation within the built environment
• Oversee energy management in existing stores and portfolio changes
• Contribute to efficient information flow within Growth team and align with long‑/short‑term goals
• Maintain overview of long‑term pipeline, portfolio composition, and new markets
• Ensure timely actions for major facility investments and portfolio changes
• Work with Facilities Management and COS How to Build guidelines in daily operations
