Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Financial Planners
• Conduct detailed financial planning research and analysis
• Prepare compliant, well-structured suitability reports across diverse advice areas
• Assist with ensuring regulatory compliance and best-practice documentation
• Support ongoing professional development within the team

Key requirements

• Experience as a Paraplanner or similar technical financial planning role
• Strong technical knowledge across all areas of financial planning
• CII Level 4 Diploma (or actively pursuing)
• Experience with financial planning software is advantageous
• Good understanding of FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty
• Excellent analytical, report writing and communication skills
• Meticulous, with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
