Site Services Team Lead

Overview

As Site Services Team Lead you will oversee maintenance and repair across a range of industrial systems, ensuring reliable operation of boilers, HVAC, fluid and waste systems. You will work within a maintenance-focused team to diagnose issues, implement preventative measures, and support welding and mechanical tasks. This role offers exposure to diverse projects and opportunities to improve plant reliability. You will be a hands-on leader, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring safety and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Welding repairs (various types)
• Operation and maintenance of steam boilers, ventilation, refrigeration, fluid transfer, vacuum, heating, hot and cold-water, and effluent treatment systems
• Working with mechanical drive systems
• Working with pneumatics
• Preventative maintenance
• Other reasonable duties as required

Key requirements

• Time/Skill-Served Engineer with 4 years industrial experience
• Mechanical/plumbing aptitude mandatory
• Knowledge of boilers and refrigeration
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems
• IT literate
