Consolidation & Reporting Manager

Overview

You will lead global consolidation processes and ensure robust financial reporting in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You shape group consolidation policies, drive automation, and support a public company’s reporting framework. You collaborate with accounting, finance, IT, and executives to maintain data integrity and strong internal controls. This is a pivotal role for scalable, compliant reporting and insightful financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end consolidation across multiple entities including system interfaces and intercompany eliminations
• Prepare top-side consolidation journal entries with solid documentation
• Develop and enhance consolidated reports and analytics for internal and external stakeholders
• Own FICO master data maintenance (GL mapping, cost centers, segments, regions) and ensure governance
• Guide consistent FICO master data usage across ERP and consolidation systems
• Support 20-F footnote disclosures and related controls
• Maintain SOX-compliant financial close and consolidation controls
• Lead consolidation and FICO data workstreams for M&A projects
• Troubleshoot system issues with IT and external vendors
• Support audit processes with thorough documentation and clear explanations
• Champion automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Contribute to controls documentation, technical memos, and policy updates

Key requirements

• 5–7+ years in accounting with focus on consolidation and financial reporting
• GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge; experience with a US-listed company preferred
• Bachelor in Accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; OneStream and Dynamics 365 desirable
• Strong internal control, audit, and SOX experience
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
