Performance Strategy Principal Director

Overview

As Principal Director in Partners in Performance, you lead high-impact client engagements and shape major transformation programs. You will build and nurture senior-level client relationships, drive delivery across large-scale projects, and ensure sustainable results. You’ll also lead business development, pursue new opportunities, and shepherd lasting improvements beyond initial recommendations. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in a global consulting environment, offering influence across C-suite and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage senior client relationships and appear at C-level to influence decisions
• Head up major transformation programs and business-improvement initiatives
• Drive delivery of large-scale projects with measurable, lasting impact
• Lead business development, nurture existing client relationships, and pursue new acquisitions
• Ensure recommendations are sustained through stakeholder alignment and governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across a global consulting firm to deliver results

• Strong leadership with ability to influence C-level and operational management
• Excellent logical reasoning and ruthless prioritisation for rapid, sustainable gains
• Proven blue-chip, generalist consulting background in a T1 firm
• Experience delivering results-based engagements with lasting impact

• Experience in both delivery and business development is desirable
