Finance Process Lead (Record to Report)

Overview

As Global Finance Process Lead, you will own the end-to-end RTR process, defining strategy and driving transformation to deliver a best-in-class finance service. You will work with senior finance leaders, stakeholders, and partners to design, implement, and continuously improve processes that are standardised, efficient, scalable, and compliant. You will lead change initiatives, collaborate across markets and the Finance Delivery Centre, and champion a superior user experience and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global transformation, performance and strategic direction of RTR processes
• Design and deliver process, policy, data, technology and service delivery improvements
• Identify and implement opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation
• Collaborate with global finance and functional leads to drive end-to-end alignment
• Own service performance, including service level management and stakeholder engagement
• Partner with BPO Process Leads to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
• Develop and evolve global finance policies, procedures and enabling technology
• Lead change initiatives and ensure adoption across markets
• Support expansion of services within the Finance Delivery Centre
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a finance process advisor

Key requirements

• University Degree or equivalent
• Experience participating in developing business strategy
• Knowledge of RTR processes and related technologies and data quality applications
• Demonstrated RTR expertise in Rotork or a previous organisation
• Ability to apply expertise to complex problems across domains
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
