Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value commercial property matters (refinancing, lease work, site acquisitions, development finance, disposals)
• Provide hands-on, client-facing support with significant responsibility and visibility
• Support junior team members and contribute to mentoring where possible
• Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality, strategic property solutions
• Contribute to the firm’s growth during an expansion phase

Key requirements

• 1-3+ years PQE in commercial property
• Personable and commercially astute with client-facing experience
• Mentoring juniors is a plus
• Solid understanding of complex property transactions
