Overview
In this internship you will support the Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) team within Fulfillment Operations to help build scalable logistics capabilities for TikTok Commerce across Europe. You will work on short-term projects, system improvements, and launch-readiness initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will engage with merchants and internal teams to drive onboarding, operational support, and continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on experience and a clear path to contribute to global growth and merchant success.
Responsibilities
- Merchant onboarding and acquisition for FBT, focusing on Beauty brands and articulating the value proposition
- Manage day-to-day account operations, including inquiries, business reviews, inventory planning, shipments, and billing support
- Gather merchant feedback, conduct root-cause analysis, and propose actionable product/operational improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with Korean merchants and K-Beauty brands to increase FBT adoption and utilization
Key requirements
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, business operations, or related discipline
- Eligible to work in the UK and available for 16 weeks (full-time or part-time)
- Able to start in November 2026
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) preferred
