Global People Operations Assistant

Charcoalblue is hiring a People Operations Assistant to support the People Team across onboarding, systems administration and programme coordination. You’ll work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to underpin a global, growing consultancy.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, you’ll help maintain systems, generate reports, and support initiatives that improve the employee experience. This is a long-term role with strong development potential.
