Attendance & Welfare Officer – Part Time

Thetford Academy is seeking a reliable Education Welfare Officer to help drive the attendance strategy. The role involves working with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to attendance and ensure that all pupils engage with school.

Reporting to the Attendance Team, you will assess needs, plan interventions and monitor outcomes, while maintaining accurate registers and data. 39 weeks, 22.5 hours per week. Start Dec 2026 or Jan 2027.
