Site Manager – Safety, Quality & On-Site Leadership

Robertson Residential Group is seeking a Site Manager in Shawfair to organise day‑to‑day site activities, supervise trades and ensure high workmanship quality while upholding safety and QA procedures. You will manage on‑site labour, including sub‑contractors, and keep time sheets and dayworks up to date in line with the QA Plan.

You will maintain records in Asite/BIM 360, ensure plant effectiveness, and drive a tidy, compliant site.
