Senior Site Manager – Internal Trades Lead (Exeter)

Bouygues UK is seeking a Senior Site Manager (Internals) for an Exeter student accommodation project (~£270M). The role will oversee internal trades, ensure programme delivery, cost control and quality/safety across six new-build blocks and refurbishment works.

The successful candidate will lead the internal trades teams, coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and the commercial team to deliver on time, within budget and to high standards of safety and quality.
