Salesforce & Business Systems Lead, Global Ops

GibbsCAM is seeking a Business Systems & Operations Lead to own the Salesforce roadmap and related applications, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Controlling, Support, Product and our Post Processor organization to simplify how teams work and scale operations.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery: translate business challenges into practical solutions, drive adoption, governance and data-quality improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives across geographies.
