Training Manager – Telephony Transformation & Adoption

Lorien is recruiting a Training Manager to lead the people and training workstream for a large-scale Telephony migration within a major financial services business in London. You will design, develop and implement bespoke training programmes, create engaging materials and adoption plans, and drive user readiness across multiple business areas.
