Head of Operations – Coffee Roastery & Growth Leader

Caravan Restaurants and Coffee Roasters is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to lead our roastery operation in London. You will own planning, packaging, procurement, production, fulfilment, and customer experience while driving cost management and quality standards.

You’ll lead the Operations and Customer Experience teams through a period of growth, embedding lean principles, SALSA, Fairtrade compliance and B Corp commitments, with a focus on scalable, efficient processes.
