Director of Strategic Initiatives & AI Enablement

Zappi is seeking a strategic initiatives professional to run cross-functional programs, aligning Product, GTM and operations with senior leadership. You will own agendas, track progress, and embed new processes that become business-as-usual across the organization.

With 10+ years of experience in program management or similar roles, you will drive execution rigor, maintain cadence across forums, and partner with Revenue Operations to ensure maps and systems stay current.
