Global Tax Director | Hybrid & AI-Driven Tax Strategy

Monzo is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Global Tax to lead the Global Tax team and partner with the wider finance function. You will guide tax strategy, cross-border structuring, and transfer pricing, while mentoring a group of 10+ tax professionals.

You’ll work with product, engineering and treasury to ensure tax clarity from day one, drive automation, and manage relationships with HMRC and other tax authorities in a fast-growing fintech environment.
