Senior Bid Manager – Complex Construction (Two-Stage)

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Bid Manager to join a respected Tier 1 contractor delivering projects across the Southcoast, with schemes from £10m to £60m. You’ll shape bid strategy and produce compelling submissions in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.

Joining the pre-construction team, you’ll develop first-stage submissions and support second-stage processes with estimating and design.
