Strategic Facilities Lead: Multi-Site Ops & Projects

Trustmarque Ultima is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to own our office portfolio, lead the facilities team and shape our future workplace strategy. Reporting to the Head of People Transformation and Projects, you will oversee day-to-day operations while delivering strategic workplace initiatives across our UK portfolio.

You will manage relocations, refurbishments and consolidations, ensure safety compliance, and drive cost efficiencies.
