Associate Creative Director, Art — Health Care (Remote)

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to lead creative engagements across healthcare client accounts. You will translate brand strategy into compelling digital experiences and mentor teams across multiple campaigns within a remote US-friendly setup.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in healthcare/pharma in an agency, a strong portfolio in high-science pharma, and BA degree. Remote work within the US is supported with regional in-office guidelines as needed.
