2nd Line IT Support Engineer – Hybrid (Office/Remote)

Jago Consultants is seeking a 2nd Line Support specialist in Birmingham to join a small, friendly IT team supporting around 50 employees and contractors working in the office or remotely. You will respond to client tickets, monitor and prioritise workloads, take ownership of issues, and assist with Office 365, backups and Active Directory.

A 37.5-hour week, with occasional paid overtime, awaits the right candidate.
