Automotive Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator

Pertemps Bond is seeking a Recruitment Administrator in Solihull for a temporary, ongoing role. You will manage recruitment processes, liaise with agencies, screen candidates and coordinate staff deployment across multiple automotive sites. This is a busy, detail‑driven role with long-term opportunities.

The role requires strong organisational skills, experience in recruitment, and the ability to work 7:30am–4:30pm Monday to Friday on site. On-site parking is available.
