Social Worker Level 1 – Remote Adult Care & Wellbeing

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Social Worker Level 1 to work within the Boston and Skegness Community Wellbeing Team. The role involves statutory adult social care, including Care Act 2014 needs assessments, care and support planning, and safeguarding enquiries, with supervision and cross-partner collaboration.
