Site Manager – Retrofit & Solar Decarbonisation (ASAP Start)

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an ongoing temporary contract in Coalville, overseeing retrofit, solar PV, and decarbonisation works. You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on energy-efficient projects in occupied and void properties.

The role requires a strong track record in retrofit schemes, CSCS Gold or Black Card, and the ability to start immediately.
