Remote Systems Administrator – Cloud, Security & IT Ops

Thrive is seeking an experienced System Administrator to provide remote support across diverse, multi-tenant environments. You will handle escalated incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and coordinate with teams while maintaining clear client communication.

The role requires deep Windows Server, AD/Entra, Exchange/M365, Intune, and SharePoint experience, plus strong networking and scripting skills. On-call rotations may be required to ensure service continuity.
