Strategic People & Change Partner (Four‑Day Week)

Brook, the sexual health and wellbeing charity, is seeking a People and Organisational Development Partner to advise managers on employee relations, absence, performance and organisational change, while shaping people policies and supporting recruitment and retention.

This full-time role (37.5 hours) offers a four-day week after probation, enhanced annual leave, sick pay, and a pension with employer matching. Flexible working, training and coaching opportunities are provided.
