Out-of-Hours Crisis Services Manager

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking an operational manager for the Crisis Pathway to lead out-of-hours services and unify teams. The role oversees police street triage, crisis cafes and crisis houses, with an on-call rota and cross-cover with adult inpatient out-of-hours managers.

You’ll require RMN/OT/SW qualification and post-qualification crisis experience, plus ability to supervise and develop staff across multiple services while maintaining safe, high-quality care.
