Job Description:
Southend University Hospital NHS Trust seeks a Specialist Midwife for Fetal Monitoring to lead foetal surveillance across maternity services, promoting safe and evidence-based practice and reducing variation in CTG management.
You will collaborate with Maternity Matrons, Obstetric Consultants and governance teams to strengthen training, competency, audit and continuous quality improvement, ultimately improving outcomes for mothers and babies within the Trust.
