Senior Nursing Lead: Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse, Acute Care

Western Health and Social Care Trust in Northern Ireland is seeking a deputy sister or charge nurse (Band 6) to support the sister/charge nurse in running a clinical area and to oversee the nursing staff on duty. This is a senior nursing post within Acute Services, Craigavon & Banbridge area.

The role requires leadership in a busy ward, with responsibility for patient care delivery, staff supervision, and ensuring high standards of clinical practice.
