Nurse Manager
SaintfieldSalary: £50,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with previous management experience to take the lead within a nursing home in Saintfield.
This role is focused on the nursing side of the service, allowing you to concentrate on clinical leadership, nursing standards and supporting the nursing team, without the wider operational responsibilities of a traditional Home Manager position.
The Role:
- Overseeing the nursing department and day-to-day clinical care.
- Providing leadership, guidance and support to the nursing team.
- Maintaining high standards of clinical practice and resident care.
- Overseeing medication management, care planning and clinical governance.
- Ensuring compliance with NMC standards and relevant regulations.
- Supporting staff development and promoting a positive nursing environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Current NMC registration.
- Previous nursing home experience.
- Previous management or senior nursing leadership experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
