Senior Paediatric Histology Lab Director

Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior leader to run the histology laboratory service within Paediatric Laboratory Medicine. The postholder will set operational and strategic direction, drive quality improvement and ensure accreditation standards are met.

You will lead education, staff development and workforce planning, work with the senior laboratory leadership team, and manage budgets and stakeholder relationships.
