Dual Registered Manager – Children’s LD Residential Homes

Agincare in Salisbury invites applications for a Dual Registered Manager within our Children’s Services residential homes. You will lead a team of support workers, act as corporate parent, and establish a compliant, high-quality service for young people with LD and complex needs.

The role demands a Level 5 Diploma, 3+ years in children’s residential care and strong safeguarding, Ofsted, and care-planning expertise. A driving licence and vehicle access are preferred.
