Senior Residential Children’s Home Manager

You will ensure safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care while managing staff, budgets and partnerships with statutory and third sectors.

You will hold a final level professional qualification and lead safeguarding investigations, with out-of-hours standby responsibilities and strong leadership across complex teams.
