Stephen James Consulting are partnering with a developing elderly care provider to recruit a Regional Support Manager across Essex. You will oversee a portfolio of nursing homes, leading multi-site operations and delivering high standards of care.

Salary range £75,000 – £80,000 + Car Allowance DOE, with substantial scope and progression. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Registered Home Manager or equivalent (RSM/Peripatetic), a strong grasp of CQC/safeguarding and local authority processes,
