Director of Inclusive Education & System Improvement

Gloucestershire County Council’s Education Directorate is seeking a senior leader to head the School Inclusion and Improvement Service, overseeing inclusion, improvement, governance, and specialist services.

You will drive evidence-based reform, advise elected members, manage large teams and resources, and work with schools, trusts and partners to raise standards and secure better outcomes for children and young people.
