Next Ventures seeks experienced ServiceNow SOMT specialists to deliver offshore order management for telecommunications. You will configure intake, validation, decomposition and fulfilment using service specs, relationships, rules and reusable flows, collaborating during UK business hours.
You will implement TMF641 mappings, TMF638-style notifications, create manual tasks and build forms for Build engineers, manage create/cease journeys, and ensure accurate audit trails while supporting SIT/UAT
