Capital Markets Client Director — Growth & Deals Leader

Church International is seeking a Client Director to own and grow client relationships across core Capital Markets domains, overseeing the full sales lifecycle from origination to close and renewal.

You will hunt new clients and expand within major custodians, banks, and digital firms, with support from Delivery Heads. Expect London-based hybrid work (2–3 days/week) and occasional US travel.
