JC-4512; Agile Delivery Lead, Public Sector

Do you have experience of providing agile delivery coaching and capability development expertise, on a large-scale transformation programme?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading public sector association, in improving and embedding agile ways of working across an established, large-scale transformation programme. The focus is on strengthening existing agile delivery practices and uplifting the capability of key client programme roles.

The project needs a consultant who has:

• strong experience of embedding agile ways of working within complex programme environments
• proven experience of coaching programme teams and developing agile delivery capability
• significant experience of technical and data delivery programmes
• manager-level consulting experience with the ability to engage effectively with key programme stakeholders

Key Services:

• assess existing agile delivery practices and identify areas for improvement
• coach programme teams and key client roles in applying agile ways of working
• embed and strengthen agile practices across the transformation programme
• support the development of internal agile delivery capability
• provide practical guidance to improve the application of agile approaches within technical and data programme environments

Mandatory Requirements:

• proven experience in agile delivery coaching and capability development
• experience of embedding agile ways of working within large-scale transformation programmes
• demonstrable experience working on technical and data delivery programmes
• experience engaging with and coaching programme teams and stakeholders

Optional Requirements:

• previous experience working within public sector organisations

Working Pattern:

Hybrid – remote working with 1–2 days per week in Seaham, Co Durham
