What you’ll be doing:

The Quality Engineer will inspect and verify conformance to component manufacturing requirements using various pieces of metrology equipment

• Inspecting parts against drawings and specifications.
• Following inspection guidelines to conduct critical non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical and functional inspections on a wide variety of components.
• Preparing for and conducting first article inspections (FAI) of parts.
• Maintaining necessary inspection logs and writing inspection reports.
• Interpreting inspection findings and determining adequacy of corrective actions when required.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience (4+ years)ideally within a precision CNC machining environment
• Minimum 2 years in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong engineering drawing interpretation and metrology skills
• Competent in conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) would be a strong advantage
• Energetic, collaborative mindset with a flair for precision and problem-solving
