Talent Curve is a specialist engineering and construction recruitment consultancy based in Belfast, working with clients across the UK, Ireland and on European projects. We place engineers, site managers, project managers and tradespeople with manufacturers and contractors, from start-ups to global multinationals. Were growing, and we want to bring in someone early in their career and build them into a top biller.

What youll be doing

• Speaking to candidates and clients on the phone every day. This is a phone job.
• Searching for candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and our database
• Writing and posting job ads
• Screening candidates, preparing CVs and sending them to clients
• Arranging interviews and keeping both sides updated
• Over time, winning your own clients and running a full 360 desk

Who were looking for

• Youre competitive and you want to earn money
• Youre comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people you dont know
• You can take a no and make the next call anyway
• Youre organised and you follow up
• Background in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service or a recent graduate? All welcome. An interest in engineering, manufacturing or construction is a bonus, not a requirement.

• £Competitive basic salary
• Uncapped commission, rising to 25% of everything you bill

• Early finish: 8am4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am3:30pm on Fridays
• Paid 13 times a year, not 12
