Campus IT Helpdesk Technician | Hardware & Network Support

Jago Consultants is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician for a college in Bishop Burton. You will be the first point of contact for staff and students, logging issues and delivering solutions to keep ICT services running smoothly.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware and software, supporting campus systems, telephony, CCTV and Wi-Fi, and participating in an on-call rota. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
