Learner Services Advisor – Fixed-Term Maternity Cover

Dudley College of Technology is seeking a proactive Learner Services Assistant on a fixed-term maternity cover to provide first-line response to learner queries and support information, advice and guidance services. You will process applications, liaise with curriculum teams as required, and help ensure a high standard of learner support across the College.
