Tell me more about the Area Coach role…
The Area Coach has overall responsibility for the region and delivering results in 4 key areaswhich includes building great teams, creating an exceptional customerexperience, driving sales and managing profit.
The cornerstone of the roleis to spend the majority of your time conducting structured and tailored storevisits in which you manage, support and direct your teams.
You will be responsible forthe line management of around 8-12 stores and you will be responsible fordeveloping the Store Managers leadership to deliver great results.
