Void Works Contract Manager – Social Housing

Mears Group is recruiting for a Voids Delivery Lead in Evesham to manage all aspects of operational and commercial delivery for void works programmes within social housing. You will line-manage supervisors, own KPIs, and drive service delivery to contract commitments.

The role requires budget management, performance reporting, people management, and a solid understanding of CDM regulations and social housing repairs. A full UK driving licence is required.
