You’ll lead a large operational area, drive safety, KPI achievement, and continuous improvement while developing talent and sustaining a culture of engagement in a fast-paced fashion and apparel operation. This is a full-time role on a 4-on/4-off shift pattern with a salary up to £40,000 and a benefits package
