Employee Relations Case Manager – Frontline, Unionised Port

Hutchison Ports UK Port of Felixstowe is seeking a HR Case Manager to support the Employee Relations Manager in frontline case management across disciplinary, grievance and absence matters. You will operate in a fast-paced, unionised port environment with established policies guiding the employee lifecycle.

You will analyse absence, coordinate with occupational health, and work with management to safeguard standards while ensuring fair, compliant processes.
