Family Court Advisor | Transform Kids’ Futures (Hybrid Role)

Cafcass is recruiting Family Court Advisers (FCAs) to represent the views of children in private and public law family court proceedings. You’ll complete assessments directly with children and contribute to recommendations in court.

The role requires risk assessment, mediation, and collaboration with local authorities and other professionals to place the child’s safety and welfare at the centre of decisions.
