Lead Nurse Manager – Learning Disabilities & MH Support

East London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced nurse to join the Intensive Support Team, providing seven-day crisis response for adults with learning disabilities and co-occurring mental health or distress behaviours.

In this role you will support the Team Manager, lead staff, and help develop services in line with national standards, while ensuring high-quality care and a strong focus on patient involvement and safety.
