Deputy Manager, Trauma-Informed Youth Care

North Yorkshire Council’s No Wrong Door (NWD) service is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead with purpose and drive high-quality care for young people at Stepney Road Children’s Home. You will chair safeguarding discussions, influence partners, and support staff to deliver trauma-informed, therapeutic care.
